 Georgian Mining

Georgian Mining Corporation (Formally Noricum Gold) has a 50% interest in, and operational control of, the 861 km2 Bolnisi Project. The Project which is located in the Republic of Georgia contains multiple, large copper & gold non-JORC resources. Due to the scale, and high grades here this is the Company's core operational focus.

Total mineral resources (non-JORC, C1, C2 & P1 Soviet Reserves & Resources) for the overall project area are both significant and scalable, comprising 980,000 tonnes of contained copper; 6.6 million ounces of gold; and 22 million ounces of silver. The Project also boasts a 30 year mining licence and is in close proximity to a producing mine operated by the Company's Joint Venture Partner, which has processing capacity and can be utilised to rapidly deliver cash flow.

 

The Existing Soviet Resource (non-JORC, C1, C2 & P1 Soviet Reserves & Resources) of:

o 460,000 oz gold ('Au') at an average grade 4.63 g/t

o 740,000 oz silver ('Ag') at an average grade of 7.3 g/t

o 50,000 t copper ('Cu') at an average grade of 1.57%

o 130,000 t lead ('Pb') at an average grade of 4.13%

o 150,000 t zinc ('Zn') at an average grade of 4.7%

 

30 ore-bearing zones identified with peak mineralised widths of 23m and grades up to 55g/t Au, 253g/t Ag, 21% Cu, 28% Pb and 35% Zn

On the 01 July 2016 GEO has entered into a Non-Binding Heads of Terms to Acquire an Interest in the David Garedji Prospect and did a Placing to Raise £1.1 Million to Fund Due Diligence and Development
